What we collect

Lotus stores account identity, artist profile information, content you publish, private files you upload, service requests, opportunity activity, and an audit record of important administrative actions.

Public and private information

Published profiles, galleries, and posts are public. Research briefs, service requests, opportunity assignments, and private assets are available only to the artist and authorized Lotus administrators.

AI-assisted research

Only the research brief reviewed by an administrator is sent to OpenAI for a specific opportunity search. Private uploads and unpublished artwork are never included. Results remain administrative drafts until reviewed.

Service providers

We use Supabase for passwordless authentication, Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and OpenAI for administrator-initiated research. External shop providers apply their own privacy terms.
